Electronic and electrical waste (E Waste) is made up of up to thirty six separate chemical elements. The complexity of each item is a valuable source for secondary raw material’s in the form of Ferrous metals. Resource Reutilisation ensures that your e waste is treated in an environmentally friendly way safe guarding the exposure of toxic elements while ensuring the reuse of raw materials and reduction of waste to landfill.
E waste includes,
- computers
- entertainment electronics
- mobile phones
- household appliances
- spent fluorescent tubes
- batteries
- battery operated devices
Copper Electrowinning
Metal recycling is becoming increasingly important from the perspectives of both sustainability and economics, taking this into account Resource Reutilisation has embarked on implementing Copper Electrowinning Circuits. These circuits of advanced technology are able to recover metals such as copper from wastewater and waste residues.

The copper can be directly extracted into a high purity cathode from wastewater produced by plating facilities, refineries, recycling services and so on. The recycling of metals uses approximately 80% less energy per kg of copper produced compared to traditional mining methods and also has a less harmful effect on the environment
Resource Reutilisation are taking a lead role into turning scrap into usable metal that can be re introduced into the supply chain.
